We take a moment to reflect

Well, we did our part we voted. Not that it really mattered for President, by the time Alaska was counted Obama had won. We tried to make sure we voted for good senators. And rejoice that CA prop 8 won, again. Gives me hope still.

We are having lots of fun here. Heidi loves her craft projects. We do one or two every day. We are trying to make cute little things for our house, but when it comes to decorating, I am a retard. I know what I like, but I can't make it happen. So we have switched to finger painting. :) Mason is just trying to get up and moving. Between them they can effectivly drive me crazy in a short amount of time. Mason fusses when he is not involved; Heidi screams when she gets frusterated because she can't do something. The typical behaviors, but after a whole day.....mommy gets a little tense. Okay, it is not that bad, they are still really cute, I think. We borrowed a jumperoo from some friends and it helps a bit. Heidi loves Cars so we watch that a lot, it relaxes her. Then I sit in front of the happy light and tell myself there is still gray matter in my head, and it only feels like noises are echoing in there.

We went trick-or-treating. I loved hearing Heidi say trick-or-treat and thank-a you. She wanted to be a clown with green hair. We saw a clown for story time and her hair was green. I got her all dressed up then bundled her up really well. We got outside and it was warm out. Not at all what I expected. We have already had snow this year. I slipped on ice going running (and almost went down the hill) so I was expecting some insanly cold weather, we could have worn t-shirts. Oh well.

Mason is getting stronger. He sits up without support for a few seconds.
